I found a way to watch this cameras, by searching Google. Just type ViewerFrame?Mode=Motion, 
and it should give a bunch of links of cameras, you can even pan the camera and zoom it.
I don’t even know if they are live. They look live though.
Well looks like is the interface control of a Panasonic Network Cameras.
Click Here to see this animals, I don’t know what they are. Looks like they are from japan, judging by the top level domain.
